Get setup with a new number

Order your NUMBER.

Here's what you’ll need to know before you order:

The NUMBER has NO notice period. At helpcomputing, we don’t like to tie our customers up. And so if you give notice, you'll just be liable for any additional charges (if there are any) in your billing period.

helpcomputing via its parent company, Cairos Computing Limited, will charge you monthly via Direct Debit. Your first bill may include your setup costs.

We’ll ask you to set up a Direct Debit Mandate with us if you don’t already have one with us.

We’ll let you know your first bill and future bills. You’ll be notified at least 3 working days before you are charged. We use GOCARDLESS to process our Direct Debits. This organisation is authorised by BACS and your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL CALLS: An International Call Bar is placed on every new NUMBER. If you don't have an account with helpcomputing or Cairos Computing Limited, a deposit will be required before this bar can be lifted.

PREMIUM UK CALLS: A Premium UK Call Bar is placed on every new NUMBER. We figured that you wouldn't want to accidentally call a number that could charge up to £4.25 per minute. If you need to have this bar lifted, then a deposit will be required first.

What happens next?

We’ll help you choose your number or numbers and get things set up for you. We'll answer any questions you may have about your new NUMBER.

Once you've chosen your numbers, we'll send you your first bill and we'll let you know how you should pay this. You'll need to pay this before we can secure your new number for you.

You should then set up your Direct Debit Mandate as this can sometimes take a couple of days to complete. You'll be able to do so by clicking the button below.

You’ll be able to reach this payment option via the CONTACT US menu on this website should you need to complete this task later.

And then, you can relax. Your numbers are secured, and we will next set things up with you so that you can make and receive calls on your devices.

There's more to come! Like some training for you and for anyone else in your organisation that has an NUMBER. From this point on, helpcomputing will manage your service for you. We can also make you an administrator of your service so that you can manage things too.
