Order your home.


Here's what you’ll need to know before you order:

helpcomputing via its parent company, Cairos Computing Limited, will charge you monthly via Direct Debit. Your first bill may include your setup cost if helpcomputing does not already know your computer.

We’ll ask you to set up a Direct Debit Mandate with us if you don’t already have one with us.

We’ll let you know your first bill and future bills. You’ll be notified at least 3 working days before you are charged. We use GOCARDLESS to process our Direct Debits. This organisation is authorised by BACS and your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.


What happens next?

You should set up your direct debit mandate as this can take a couple of days to complete. You can do so by clicking the button below.

Securely Set up Direct Debit


We’ll reach out to you to set up your computers on your HOME Package.


Once set up, our computers will look after your computers. Your computers will enjoy a superior protection. If we detect a virus attack, your computer will let you know and it will let helpcomputing know. helpcomputing can take additional remote action to protect your computer if necessary. And if your computer needs further help, we are here. You get priority over general customer enquiries and free remote help for guidance and trivial problems.



And then, you can kick back and relax.
