Your problem might be a quick fix and helpcomputing would simply advise you - and not charge you.
For other problems and faults, our prices are reasonable. We would give you a quote (either verbally or in writing) and you won't be obliged in any way.
Our prices are reasonable and we are, too. Should we not be able to fix your problem or fault, then we won't charge you for our work.
