Set up Cairos SERVER AV

You're about to set up your own Cairos SERVER AV package, allowing helpcomputing to set up your server so that it is well configured with the best in Anti-Virus.

And even after we have set your server up and installed your new Anti-Virus, we are going to monitor your Anti-Virus.

If we should detect any problems, we will remotely control your Anti-Virus without connecting to your server and we can instruct your AV to do things like quarantine a virus, or perform a full scan. Or ask it to make sure that it is up to date.

We'll continue to look after your server in this way for as long as you have a valid copy of helpcomputing AVG CloudCare Anti-Virus. But, we thought that you should know what you are about to setup:

a) There are no fixed term contracts between helpcomputing and you (or your company). You are free. You aren't bound; you can ask us not to monitor your Anti-Virus at any time. Your Anti-Virus will still be optimally configured for your server and it will still function as an Anti-Virus product.

b) Our service is provided to you via the Internet. Our service therefore depends on Internet connectivity being available in your office, or at your location if you are on a laptop.

c) As with any Anti-Virus product, helpcomputing cannot guarantee that your server could not be infected. But in addition to helpcomputing's Anti-Virus being well configured and configured to automatically update, helpcomputing's additional human monitoring means that your server is better protected.
Right! That's the small print out of the way, and we hope that was ok for you. Drop us an email at if you have any questions, but if not, then let's get your computers covered!
