We have three packages for you to choose from. We have a standard package that keeps an eye on your computers, and a premium package that keeps a closer eye just as an IT Department might. We also have a third package that brings additional protection to your child's computer. All packages offer our Remote Services at a discounted rate, should you need us.

Sentinel HOME
Choose this package so that your computer benefits from an IT Department, keeping an eye on your computers. On the Sentinel HOME service, a helpcomputing member of staff would initially connect to each of your computers to perform an Initial Check. Thereafter, our systems will keep a check on your computer's vital signs. Sentinel HOME can only access data related to your computer's hardware or your computer's operating system. In operation, this package cannot access your personal or business data.
Sentinel CHILD
Choose this package if your child uses your computer, or if your child has their own computer. In addition to the features of Sentinel HOME, Sentinel CHILD is designed to protect your child from topics such as pornography, violence and gambling. There are safety locks to prevent your child from trying to uninstall or otherwise disable Sentinel CHILD (should your child be a bit of a wizard with computers). Should a page be inadvertently blocked, you can give permission to view that page with a password.
Sentinel PROACTIVE
Choose this package if your computers would benefit from a greater level of cover, if you perhaps rely on your computers. On the Sentinel PROACTIVE, a helpcomputing member of staff would initially connect to each of your computers to perform a more rigorous Standard Service. Sentinel PROACTIVE can only access data related to your computer's hardware or your computer's operating system. Wherever helpcomputing can intervene and take proactive action, this action would never access your personal or business data.
