He also has many years of commercial experience of supporting Exchange 2003 and technical experience of Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010.
He has technical experience of Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well as experience of Office 2010, and possesses experience of using the Touchpaper call logging system and is ITIL qualified.
